Inspired by the unconscious accumulation of objects, as well as the frustration of losing pens to customers while I was waitressing in Graduate School, I created a "limited edition" of personalized pens to be dispersed to the public for free. As the artist, I will always be the point of origin by carrying a select number of pens with me at all times. When an individual asks to borrow a pen, I will offer the current edition. The goal is to disperse a common item of no monetary or personal value (other than being stated as ART by the artist) into the community.
